SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Please local Australian orders, please allow 1-3 days to process and a further 3-10 days for delivery (generally allow 10 days in total). The time is dependent on local delivery services. 

For International orders, please allow up to 30 days for international orders (*depending on products ordered and availability from some suppliers, some international orders will be rerouted to a local provider nearest their country which could shorten processing, delivery times and shipping costs may be reduced for the benefit of the purchaser).

Expect a text or email regarding your order within 1-10 days of ordering to let you know of any changes and that your order is on the way! If you do not receive this, please contact info@micaloco.com.au

 

LOCAL PICK UP AND DELIVERY

There is no local pick up or delivery available. All products must be purchased online for postal delivery online.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated at the checkout automatically. 

We ship worldwide and our print providers are able to ship to most countries. Current shipping availability can be viewed upon checkout. We currently do not ship to Russia, Ukraine, North Korea or Guadeloupe.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MICALOCO is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns, refunds or exchanges for faulty products only. Please see our Refunds and Returns link here. For faulty items, we will email instructions for returns at our cost. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If a wrong size has been ordered, we will accept an exchange for the same item in the correct size at the customers (purchasers) cost. MICALOCO is not responsible for any return shipping or resending shipping and costs unless item is faulty. We do not accept returns, refund or exchanges for change of mind. All items must be in original condition, unused and unworn for exchanges, refunds or returns.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

In the event your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@micaloco.com.au with your order number, item description and a photo of the fault/damage.
